The Southeast Lighthouse is located 1.8 miles from town. Follow Spring Street to Mohegan Bluffs.
The lighthouse is currently closed for restoration. Watch for our reopening in July 2021 with newly restored interior spaces.

The Rescue of Southeast Lighthouse
In August, 1993, the Southeast Lighthouse was moved back from the edge of Mohegan Bluff after a ten-year campaign that required three Acts of Congress. Beacon on the Bluff: The Rescue of Southeast Lighthouse tells the story.
